Gratitude, acceptance, intention, and non-judgment, each for 30 or 45 seconds, and then back to the breath briefly, opening our eyes. And what happens, Viv, is that we've begun to rewire our brains. So as we do this day after day, week after week, when we are being ungrateful or resisting or unintentional, lapsing into our old way of thinking or judgmental, a little light bulb goes off and we recognize where our thoughts are taking us. And we simply drop that thought and we smile to ourselves for our, you know, lapsing into our old habits. We can be amused by it. We got a little dopamine hit. And so the more we do this practice, the more we are actually rewiring our brains, and the more readily we redirect our thoughts in a positive way.
