I was talking to a friend, Gerald, and she had painted rocks and she was telling me about it. And it was for people suicide prevention. And she was explaining it to me. I'm like, oh, my gosh, that's so cool and she's like yeah you can do anything just be creative um some people get very artistic with this and um that's awesome just to do a creative rock but also we're suggesting or um encouraging to put like an inspirational saying on it. It could be anything like breathe or you matter or one day at a time or anything, anything you rock.
