We have to rely on insurance and nobody's going to pay for it, then the best second number thing to do is to at least save them, at least by having it in there, injecting in a place where somebody's right handy with Narcan and they can test the drugs before you use them. So, um and I, if there's people there that will help them with like rises done, you know the housing, get them off the streets and you know, have people harm reduction workers that will say, if you're ready to go to treatment, I can help you go.
