I think each thing that you do, you sort of start to build more trust with yourself. And when you don't do those things, when there's something inside of you that's saying, oh, maybe you shouldn't be in this relationship or maybe you shouldn't be doing this or doing that. That's when you start to lose the trust with yourself, you know. And so each hard thing that you do, you're just building more and more trust with yourself. And so it just starts to make you a stronger and stronger person.
