So be very careful about who you would prescribe this to. And then promethazine BIDs. And so cautious on who we prescribe that to. This is a first generation antihistamine and antipsychotic medication. And it can have some very serious side effects and we want to be careful about not exposing a very vulnerable our youth to this medication either in the just promethazine by itself or in the combination promethazine and opiate, the promethazine and coding. So not exposing them to either of those combinations.
