I think that's what most people need to do. Listen, it's a moving, embarrassing thing ever after being on stages and traveling the country and then knocking on the door, you know, mom and dad moving in. You know, you hear, I hear people all the time. You know, why do the rich or people that have not want their kids or their family or their loved ones to have it quote unquote, too easy? Why would you not want people you love to have it easy? Isn't that what you that mean? Why would you not want me to win the lottery? I learned later is because he didn't want to rob me of what he knew I could learn and the man I could become to go out and create, you know, the financial freedoms that I wanted to on my own.
What do you do when life throws you a curveball? In this episode, Angie Manson sits down with Neil Anders, a Certified Mortgage Advisor, to explore just that. Neil’s story is a rollercoaster of early success, harsh financial realities, and ultimate resilience. Imagine graduating high school at 15, earning your first college degree at 17, and owning a business by 19. Sounds like a dream, right?
But the 2008-2009 financial crisis hit Neil hard, forcing his properties into foreclosure and pushing him into deep introspection. This humbling experience reshaped his approach to business and life. Neil and Angie dive into the emotional and financial pressures that come with the real estate and mortgage industry. They talk about the significance of having strong support systems, whether mentors or community networks, to help navigate through tough times.
Their conversation isn't just about surviving but thriving by making those uncomfortable yet necessary changes in life. They touch on personal growth, self-reflection, and the importance of putting clients' needs first. Listeners will find a treasure trove of inspiration and practical advice in their dialogue. Whether you're facing financial struggles or seeking personal growth, Neil’s journey offers a refreshing perspective on overcoming life's challenges.
Tune in to hear how resilience and a commitment to growth can turn even the toughest situations around.
