It's just like, it's such a big thing that everybody experiences. It's kind of almost easier to let go of because it's just one thing. And that's not saying you can always but when there's like that constant build, like you said, are those things you just can't pinpoint it so you can't go oh it's this is the reason i need to focus on that and i need to figure out just pick it apart and analyze what's it bothering me it's with the little traumas it's just you pick up the same person every single fucking day you they called you a this they called you a c word they said they're gonna kill your mother you know like every single day or you see like elder abuse and you're just like oh what's wrong with the system it's those things i think that are definitely i'd agree those are a little bit those are harder and probably do cause more long-term ptsd for a lot of people yeah
