I think the biggest thing is just being really intentional as we move throughout our day. We wear busy, like a badge of honor, all of the things. And just to do those things really, really, really intentionally. And you're not going to like, don't go zero to a hundred, right? Like go slow, start these things slow and just do like what feels good for you, what feels good for your body, but make sure you're turning inward and make sure you're doing it all with intention um and again if you slip up you slip up show yourself some compassion I have a whole chapter on the difference between self-esteem and self-compassion um and I think that's so so so important for people so just um yeah just know that like it's okay it's gonna happen but I think just really, really doing that intentionality kind of piece of it is it makes it break it.
