It is so relieving, it's a stress relief to get those feelings out, whatever way you choose, if you prefer to paint, to draw, to make an artwork, whatever it looks like: if you prefer to move to dance in your kitchen or to go for a run, or to dance and really do a classy ballet performance, whatever it is for you, whether you do it on a local level, on a national level, on an international level, just in your home, it's all fine, because art and drama and movement really can help you shift out of your stress.
