Well, I'm definitely working on it. And, and I feel like part of it is finding, you know, thinking through journaling is huge. Journaling has been, you know, I'll finish a book and write 14 pages of why this, you know, what it meant to me and why, but knowing that you're not, knowing that you're not perfect and knowing that you do have issues here and there, but finding the things that you really like about yourself and surrounding yourself with people who love you.
