I just felt like I was like, this isn't me. As I learned about the whole spectrum of alcohol use disorder, I was like, okay, so there are parts of things that I was doing that were drinking. I was drinking in alcoholic ways for sure. You know, it was just that at the time when you don't have the knowledge that there is a program or a way of living your life where you can choose not to drink alcohol, but you don't have to define yourself as an alcoholic. Like, that was like this huge epiphany. And I can choose and for people listening to the show, you right, you can choose not to drink and not be a daily drinker, you can choose not to drink and you could be a binge drinker who drinks once a month. So, yeah.
