I was thinking about doing this, and then here's how the thing developed, right? And in a couple of programs, you know that they'll tell you well you gotta drink a gallon of water a day okay great right it's very healthy I know that but I was talking about this at a rehab I do some stuff for a consultant for an alcohol and drug rehab and I we were talking about this and And I said, well, you know, you could start with a, if you're not a water drinker, start with a realistic goal. Like 60 ounces of water a day. And then, of course, a couple of you, no, no, no, no. If you're going to do it, you've got to do a gallon a day. And I'm like, if you're not doing 60 ounces, I can bet my card title you won't drink a gallon for very long you just you just won't right
