Life has its ups and downs. I have pain in my life. I have joy in my life. All I can say, Ken, is that I'm doing better all the time. There is no destination. I'm so grateful for so many things in my life, much more so than I was 10 years ago. I just feel that things are more resonant. And, you know life is about the journey let's have a good time let's be together let's share our experience with each other and move forward in baby steps and that is uh you know that's my my goal and you know I'm extremely thankful and you're sticking with it um you know it does seem like you know one thing the themes throughout the show it seems um the theme is that be easy on yourself you know don't be so hard on yourself and allow life to unfold in ways that will show you you know what what your steps are what what your next steps are, where you need to grow and learn and evolve or let go and move on.
