It's a life changing thing. They won't waver. And like I said, there's no special weight training, weight training. You know, I said, there's no special weight training. Weight training, I just go with a plan. Yeah, all the different exercises and things like that. And my goal is not to be a bulk big person. And that's what's important. And when you find that comfort level, stay there. And do whatever you can diet wise or whatever the case may be to stay there.
