Bryan Hubbard isn't just any lawyer; he's a man on a mission to change the landscape of addiction treatment in Kentucky. As the former chairman of the Kentucky Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission (KOAAC), Bryan was entrusted with allocating a massive $842-million settlement from opioid manufacturers.
