The secret's in the nuance. It's very small because people either they don't pay attention, they don't have the wherewithal or the awareness to notice, or want to do it. It's like, why am I doing these little extra things? Like, even if I'm at, if I'm doing, like, five minutes extra cardio, eventually it's going to turn to 10, eventually, eventually, you're going to gain endurance, you know? It's just pushing yourself, and CrossFit really taught me that.
