I think there should be a health-led approach for a lot of people because a lot of it is addiction, what causes so many of the problems that we have. It's about finding solutions and being able to work with this and also another side of it is the young people are trying to figure out a way that they'll actually understand like the damage that they're doing to their mothers and their fathers and themselves and their families in general.
