I believe consistency starts by committing to yourself with a plan, a goal, and showing up Every Day, like literally showing up Every Day, whether it's implementing a new workout, new diet, you know, reading, working on a project, writing a book, whatever, it is anything that you want to do better at showing up Every Day, whether it's five minutes, minutes, minutes, giving that time, for that is going to allow you to grow and be better at it as well.
