So many things that i think of when like life is easy and great and shiny and sure then that means like go do the pta and go train for that marathon and build a garden and you know what i mean there are other seasons when those things are not needed right and so what's boil it all the way down to like what's what really is the most important thing today and what needs to stay and what what are the most important things and so for me today if i don't get my to-do list done, that's okay. If I take a nap, that's probably more what I need today, right? And so what needs to stay, what's important today is not productivity, but it's caring for myself and caring for my little family. And just knowing that you are doing your very best and a thing that is not talked about well, and is not supported well, and is not acknowledged, and that you are just doing your very best.
