However, over the past two years, Sandra has not only been on the road to recovery but has also reignited her passion for helping others.
Now an entrepreneur, resilience coach, author, and international speaker, Sandra has dedicated her life to spreading hope and awareness about mental health and addiction. She founded the Lighted Up Project, a nonprofit organization aimed at saving lives through compassion and empathy.
