I'm an alcoholic. I've been in sobriety quite a few times, and I've never gone all in. I don't want to change behaviors. I don't want to change things I don't want to talk about. I'm grateful for this fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous. I keep my life private. A lot of that due to shame and just I think people wouldn't understand what I've been through or haven't drank the way I drank. And then I come here and I meet people that drink like I drink, feel the pain that I feel, go through all the hard times that I've gone through.
